General Qualifications: The member winner must reserve the loaner vehicle within 30 days of posting the raffle ticket number on the web. The vehicle can only be loaned and driven for seven continuous days (no day by day loaner as needed) by the member winner (21 years or older)-no multiple drivers allowed. Member winner must provide an insurance binder and copy of valid driver’s license for the vehicle of Banner’s choice/selection. No out-of-state driving of vehicle. 100 miles a day allowed with a 700 mile cap. Any mileage over 700 miles will charged at the rate of 25 cents a mile. If the Banner vehicle is not returned in seven days, daily penalty fees will be incurred by the member winner. Winner will be responsible for all vehicle interior/exterior damages, scratches, dings, tires, rims, etc. No cash value. Non-transferable.
